In late March, Giants defensive tackle Shaun Rogers claimed $440,000 value of valuables had been stolen from his Miami hotel room a month before. On Saturday, New York State Police pronounced they had arrested a lady wanted in tie with a fibre of high-end valuables thefts in Florida, and that Rogers was one of her purported victims.
According to a Associated Press, authorities pronounced Subhanna Beyah, 25, was wanted for mixed larcenies involving stolen valuables and cash. She was arrested on fugitive-from-justice charges in Queens, N.Y., and arraigned Sunday morning on a refugee warrant.
Rogers creatively told military he went to a Miami bar with some friends, returned to his hotel room with a woman, and when he woke adult a subsequent afternoon, both a lady and scarcely a half-million dollars in valuables were left from a room’s safe.
The equipment Rogers pronounced were stolen included: solid earrings value $100,000; dual wristwatches value a total $160,000; a bullion necklace with bullion match value $50,000; bullion bracelets value $60,000; and a solid Cuban necklace with a bullion match value $70,000.
It’s not transparent if any of Rogers’ valuables has been recovered.
